Hey everyone! While the Pandemonium Patrol is still coming together, a new legendary Knight will join the ranks of the valorous warriors of Avalooney, and with him bring a large amount of reworks to his peers, as the Knights become a more flexible team with different synergies for their offensive and defensive uses.
We’re also late to announce (oops) that in recent updates, we’ve tweaked the number of Alliance Check-ins required for the maximum rewards down to 27 (from 30) so that smaller alliances don’t feel as pressured to have every member available for daily logins.
Of course, as said on the last season’s patch notes, we’re also revisiting the Bullfighters as part of the Damage Over Time changes, although we went a bit deeper and didn’t really feel like they needed that much in order to keep competing. And since we’re on the topic of Damage Over Time teams, the Villains are also receiving an additional propping up to try and catch up with those pesky supertoons.
Finally, coming late in the season, in preparation for new teammates and his own birthday, OG Taz will be spinning up a storm and getting a very well deserved full work-up, as one of our first Legendary characters. His ever faithful companion, the Tasmanian She-Devil, will of course not be left behind. These two will be joining some newcomers and form the Tasmaniacs.

The Tasmaniacs
From the deepest Tasmanian jungles and hidden isles, the Tasmaniacs will arrive this season and aim to be truly wild and chaotic. As a unit, they’ll all share team-wide buffs as each member gets damaged, as well as being fully capable to benefit from their leaders’ classic synergy with each other, enabling them to fight both Dodge and Counter teams unhindered!

Villains
For the Villains, we’re aiming to make some of the skills shine again, which turned out a bit too weak since we initially were a bit too shy in testing. The major change you’ll notice is to their Theme Passive and, to allow for that, in Evil Granny’s passives.
These changes will see that the passive Revive the villains have will be back as a passive effect granted by Evil Granny, while her new Leadership skill and the reworked Theme Passive should make it much easier to stack Damage Over Time against any type of Debuff Resistance.

Extra Alliance Update
Back in April we announced we’d be reducing the required number of Punch-Ins for maximum rewards from 30 to 27. This has been pushed recently and is already live in-game! This was done to strengthen the idea that the Alliance should choose the size that better fits it: Big and Medium maps give the same reward, and now 30 members Alliances can play on Medium maps without needing 100% consistency for maximum Daily Punch-In rewards.
As a reminder, we’re also soon revamping Alliance Wars’ restrictions to include a broader and more interesting range of themes on each structure.
