Behold, royal cavalry and scheming masters,
We’ve been cooking up some changes on old teams, revisiting them to bring them more in line with current design. The two teams affected are the Knights and the Masterminds. We’ve updated all their stats and adjusted most of their skills. Onto the changes:

Star-Pharaoh Marvin has been a strong toon even as his stats fell behind, being an reliable and strong healer with an equally strong nuke, making him hard to counter if he got a few turns in. We took this opportunity to both update his stats while adding room for counterplay.
We’ve reduced God King’s Decree cooldown, along with a damage nerf, to make the toon more interesting to play with, giving you choices besides his basic more often throughout the battle and also lowering his damage output so he’s not as efficient in fulfilling both Support and Attacker roles.
In general we’ve been stepping away from permanent buffs in more recent toons. Everpresent’s change reflects this, forcing the Mastermind player to use multiple means to grow SPM’s buffs and not rely on a “wait and nuke toons dead” strategy. We’ve increased the heal-power per buff to compensate for this, still allowing SPM to be a reliable healer for the party.
Omnikinesis has been changed so it also flips debuffs on allies, reinforcing SPM’s role as a team Support rather than a self-reliant damage dealer.

Our main concern with Marvin was decreasing the RNG on him, having his Attack Ups be more consistent, and also rewarding the player for keeping up the buffs.
P36 Space Modulator’s 2-5 range has been consolidated into 4 sure stacks. While the ceiling is lower, the average should be higher and allow Super Coolant to go into effect more consistently.
Speaking of which, with the amount of Attack Ups that is easy to get through Gadgets and newer toons, we felt that Super Coolant was being too effective at completely removing Ultimatum Dispatcher’s cooldown, so we changed it to require 3 Attack Ups to reduce the cooldown by 1, incentivizing the player to really think about when to use this Ultimate weapon.
For Auto Targeting, we just added an usual unless Incapacitated clause that was missing.
