Season 37 Patch Notes

It’s a bird, it’s a plane… nope, it’s the Season 37 patch!

As the chill subsides on the battlefield and a new season approaches, we’ll be wrapping up the Vikings by introducing the final member of the team. Aside from that, we’ve mostly been working hard to bring you a brand new takeover this season featuring the mysterious Shogunate team. This team will include four new characters and will be the first to feature an exciting new mechanic!

Rise of the Shogunate

This season, the Shogunate are taking over the World of Mayhem and they’re not looking for anyone’s approval… they’re looking to seize territories and claim control. As a team, the Shogunate are slower and more intentional. They fight to impose the Shogun’s will, consistently dealing damage and preventing their enemies from bouncing back by heavily reducing their Recovery. Here’s a preview of their theme passive:

Reworks

We don’t have any major or specific reworks this season, but we have given the Warriors the Stat Buffs they rightly deserve. This will make them much more relevant in competitive game modes and will allow them to be a good and hardy counter to Damage Over Time teams.
