As you may have seen, there’s a new toon coming to World of Mayhem: Cannoneer Canasta! He will be available in the Pirate Wheel from next week onwards and we wanted to give you guys the lowdown on this character and his kit. Off we go!

Design Story: Outlaws find freedom at sea where the law dare not follow. Cannoneer flexes on the prow of his own destiny, punishing enemies that dare counter his teammates and holding Taunt for longer than any toon in the game. Beware the boom of cannons, Alliance Wars. A new scourge is here.

Where can I obtain Cannonneer Canasta?
Cannoneer Canasta will replace Sea Goin’ Sam in the War Milestones. He will also become the new Jackpot on the Pirate Wheel. He will not be sourced anywhere else.
What’s going to happen with Sea Goin’ Sam?
Sea Goin’ Sam is no longer going to be available in the War Milestones. He will remain available in the Pirate Wheel as one of the outcomes. This will be the only place to source his toon pieces for now.
However, we have plans to enable players to choose which Alliance Wars exclusive toon they want to get pieces for. This is something that we already have in our roadmap so, although it won’t be immediate, rest assured that we’ll bring you more news about it in the future.
