Team Spotlight: Asgard

Hey Loonerinos! Thunder rolls across the World of Mayhem as the Asgard team descends from the heavens to join the Divines. These mighty gods wield the powers of Chilly and Freeze to gain powerful advantages that make them unstoppable in battle.

Without further ado, let’s meet our Norse gods!

ODIN BUGS

The all-mighty Odin Bugs watches over the Asgard team by Cleansing their Stat Downs whenever an enemy is inflicted with Chilly and restoring their Max Health whenever enemies Freeze. As the battle unfolds, he steadily inflicts Chilly while no foe is Frozen, shifting to Max Health damage once they are. If Thoro’s got his back, he’s even willing to sacrifice himself to significantly boost his team’s Turn Meter when Revived. According to legend, he manipulates Elemental Forces to Revive the fallen or steady those still standing!

By the divine right of his Legendary status, Odin Bugs passes his Asgardian Judgement on the foremost threat when a team member falls low on health.

SKADI LOLA

The fierce Skadi Lola steps forward, answering Asgard’s call to serve as guardian. Her arrows show no mercy as they relentlessly spread Chilly and weaken enemy Attack and Piercing. She regularly aims for the strongest Attacker, inflicting them with Chilly, and if that target lacks Freeze, she empowers the weakest ally with Damage Resistance. Her taunts come with a real danger of Frostbite.

THORO

The skies rumble as Thoro thunders onto the battlefield. With this Attacker around, enemies take more damage and are more vulnerable to being Frozen. His hammer rains down fury as it inflicts Chilly and shatters enemy Defenses. When an enemy is inflicted with Freeze, he summons storm clouds to empower his team’s Attack. Should no foe be Frozen, the storm intensifies, driving all Attacker team members to deal greater damage. His Lightning Redirection has the power to bring fallen allies back into the fight to strike with all their might!

LOKI DODO

Loki Dodo’s tricks and schemes wreak havoc across the battlefield as enemies are left inflicted with Chilly, slowed down, and unable to fully recover while his Attack and Piercing get stronger. Ever the devious one, he turns any outcome into his advantage by gaining Attack Up for each Frozen enemy and Speed Up for each enemy lacking Freeze. A true Catalyst for Chaos, he always finds a way to draw the enemy’s attention toward the ally with the strongest Defense.
