Th-th-that’s right folks! A brand new season is upon us and we’ve got some exciting character reveals and a full house of updates in store.
You can expect to be introduced to the final and most anticipated member of Baby Brawlers this season. Additionally, two new characters will be joining the Toy team, bringing not only their might but a few additional balancing changes to existing members, done in order to beef up the team’s synergy and enhance their adaptability for battle on all fronts.
As hinted in last season’s patch notes, we’ll finally be rolling out massive changes to the whole of House Party, aiming to breathe new life into a beloved team with humble foundations. While each House Party character’s skills aren’t entirely new, existing abilities will now support broader team goals and provide situational benefits that will make the team more relevant in current metas, especially Endurance Tower and Brawl. Each member will now have enhanced stats and utility, and the team as a whole will benefit from smoother synergy, making them a competitive choice for both PvE and PvP scenarios. We’ve also merged their multiple Friendship Skills into one to accommodate for technical constraints.
Additionally, we’d like to announce that we’re further increasing the Gadget inventory cap by 1000 to help you better manage your gadgets as new ones are making their way in!
Finally, we’ve got a brand new team vying for your attention this season, but before we get into the nitty gritties, let’s just say they’re here to serve mayhem.
You can find the changes down below, but a friendly reminder that they might not be the final version:
Turn on, tune in, check out!
Bursting onto the scene, right outta the looney lobby, is the Legendary newcomer Bellhop Taz, who will be joining forces with Bellhop Daffy, Bellhop Gossamer, and Concierge Elmer to form the all-new Hotel team.
Along with the introduction of Bellhop Taz, the Hotel team will include reworks to the two Bellboys (now Bellhops) from the Staff team and Concierge Elmer from the Professional team – all switching allegiances to find a place that’s more suited to their styles. Here’s a teaser of what’s to come:
Reworks
Hotel
Bellboy Daffy
Bellboy, or should we say, Bellhop Daffy has been reworked to better align with Team Hotel’s mechanics and synergy. Our focus was to enhance his impact as a support toon by allowing his abilities to grant and flip team and enemy stats above and beyond his healing functionality. Haversmack will now have a higher damage potential, and with an all-ally Assist and Lifesteal in Arena, his role will further strengthen the team’s survival factor.

Bellboy Gossamer
For Bellboy Gossamer, the idea was to emphasize his role as a durable, team-oriented tank by reinforcing his defensive capabilities. With these updates, he’ll now be able to jack up the team’s protection with stronger Taunt, broad debuff application, and Turn Meter management. He will also offer sustained support by granting Heal Over Time to allies in critical conditions.

Toys
Toymaker Marvin
While Toymaker Marvin’s legendary skills are… well, no doubt legendary, some of his abilities have been revised to solidify his larger purpose as a leader within the team’s overall function. His passive ability to counter enemy Defenders’ Taunt is now contingent on having at least 1 Toy ally, and to ensure battles are more strategic and fair in the future, we’ve made necessary adjustments to his Q-36 Replica Modulator skill.

Nutcracker Taz
We felt the fundamental building blocks for Nutcracker Taz were already pretty solid except for a few minor modifications that were needed to fine-tune his synergy with the team. Changes include a higher damage potency to Cane Whirl, and an improvement to the trigger condition for his Tough Nut to Crack passive, which will come in handy with enemies that are heavily reliant on buffs. Additionally, when performing Nutcracker, he will have the added ability to inflict Attack Down while dealing damage.

House Party
Granny
As the leader of House Party, we felt Granny needed some tweaks to better play her part as a solid and all round support system. Notable upgrades include her brand new leadership skill, which manipulates the turn meter in favor of the team, and her steady supply of team-wide Heal Over Time. You’ll also notice that she’s better posed at dealing with her enemies’ buffs and has stronger utility in terms of debuff removal.
