Overall Structure
Play through the Cecil Turtle Campaign to collect his character pieces, as well as the Telephone, used to spin the wheel for even more pieces. Also collect up to Cosmic Star 7 from the Tournament!
Event Changes
Milestones only contain Cosmic Stars 3 – 5 for Cecil.
The first milestones give fewer Cecil pieces and tokens, but the later ones give more, for a higher reward total. Toon pieces give fewer tournament points, but now you can collect Scooters (and various other prizes) from new timed “Cosmic Tournament” quests to zoom through the milestones! The first set of quests lasts two days; the second then lasts three days; and the final set lasts two days.
Also, the campaign’s requirements have been shifted to require higher ranks of the toon for later stages. Tune-Up and Wheel spin Quest rewards have been increased, a free spin has been added to the 20-multi-spin on the Phone Wheel, and the overall value of the wheel has been increased (it has a lower Jackpot rate, but gives far more minimum and maximum pieces)
