TOON KITS
Knights
Tweety the Twue
- Courage Unconquered now grants extra Defense Ups to your Knight toons.
- This toon has +(10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30)% Defense. At the start of it’s turns, grant your team (1 / 1-2 / 2 / 2-3 / 3) Defense Up. At the start of battle, grant all Knight team members (1 / 1-2 / 2 / 2-3 / 3) Defense Up.
- Your Shield now grants Turn Meter to self after granting Taunt and cleansing debuffs. Bugs the Brave receives priority for Taunt.
- Grant Taunt for 2 turns to the team member with the highest Defense, cleansing them of (2-3 / 3 / 3-4 / 4 / 5) debuffs. Gain (25 / 30 / 35 / 40 / 50)% turn meter. (If Bugs the Brave is an ally, this skill targets him.)
- Taunt and the debuff cleanse should target Bugs the Brave even when he’s not the toon with Highest Defense.
- Together We Stand now heals your team when an enemy is defeated.
- Unless incapacitated, whenever an ally loses Taunt, heal this toon and that ally for (25 / 30 / 35 / 40 / 50)% Defense. Whenever an ally defeats an enemy, heal your team for (25 / 30 / 35 / 40 / 50)% Defense.
- The same heal scaling applies to both conditions, losing Taunt or defeating an enemy.
- Text order was modified for easier understanding.
Twue was designed to support Bugs the Brave in battle. With the advent of Cosmic Stars and other external buffs, this was not always the case. We’ve given him some notable additions to his skills that should ensure a clearer loop and make sure they have more value. Most notably, his heal, which used to be one of the more frustrating and less-consistent ways of keeping toons healthy, is now capable of healing the whole team. Tweety should be ready to assist the Knights no matter what comes their way.

- Substitutes his nemesis with all Daffy Duck toons
King Bugs is an old favorite, but sadly had been unable to keep up with the Imperials as of late. He should, essentially, maintain his playstyle without major changes, but should find himself with far more team synergy. We’ve also pushed his stats a bit to guarantee his new attacks hit harder and are more valuable in general.

Caesar as a toon never lacked a proper toolset. Instead he just never had the stats to properly make use of said tools. We’ve given him a real solid buff to his speed and increased synergy to make sure he’s always present when the Imperials come knocking.
Captain Bligh
- Powder Keg now grants Attack up to all Attacker allies. Damage scaling modified.
- Deal (80 / 85 / 90 / 95 / 100)% damage to target enemy, granting Attack Up to all Attacker allies for (1 / 1 / 1-2 / 1-2 / 2) turns.

- Damage scaling used to be (85 / 90 / 95 / 100 / 110).

- While this toon is in battle, your team has +(60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100)% resistance to Attack Down.
What a road this has been. Bligh is a product of a confusing time and it was hard to know exactly what had to be done with him, although there was a general consensus that something had to be done. With a passive Assist triggered whenever he did anything, Hasty and universal resistance to Stat Downs in general, he was just too useful most of the time, regardless of having synergy or not with the toons he was placed with. In general we’re trying to maintain his intended playstyle while not making it so he’s just a vessel for the strongest toon in a players library to move first and get extra turns.
We’ve removed the ally targeting from the assist in exchange for enemy targeting, made his effects a bit more widespread, if less persistent, and made it so his resistance still has value, but does not overpower too many strategies, while also making it synergize better with other Imperial passives. This will very likely not be the last time we visit this kit, as our intention is that Bligh continue to be a strong toon and present in battles, but never the only toon you always find.
BUGFIXES AND OTHER CHANGES
- Gridiron Gossamer
- Fixed an issue where Touchdown Dance wasn’t granting buffs correctly.

- Ravage the Countryside now steals non-taunt buffs only. Getting hit by an enemy triggers scramble for non-taunt buffs once per turn.
- This prevents some infinite loops from occurring.
- This has the added bonus of strengthening King Bug’s passives as enemies with Taunt take more damage.
- It should also keep players from losing a toon due to bad rng.

- Big Chungus
- Fixed an issue where Flub From Above was dealing the wrong damage per Chonky Boy counter.
- Text was calling a higher number and left the skill feeling much weaker. Even with correct text, it still felt unsatisfying.
- Extra damage was doubled, and text was changed to match final values.
- Fixed an issue where Flub From Above was dealing the wrong damage per Chonky Boy counter.
