This bumbling defender of the Avalooney realm is always ready to charge into the fray — usually headfirst — to protect his team. He specializes in slowing enemies down by removing their turn meter and smacking them with Damage Down, all while proudly tooting his own horn (literally).
When enemies come swinging, Mugsy flips their buffs upside-down, turning their advantage into regret. And if anyone thinks Damage Immunity will save them? Think again — Mugsy punishes the whole squad with Attack Down when they so much as blink. He’s clumsy, he’s loud, and he’s dangerously effective. For the Monarch!
