We have been hearing all your feedback about Alliance Wars and have decided to change the following aspects to improve your experience. We’re aiming to have these changes implemented for the next war on August 7th. 

Unified Maps

Starting soon, we will no longer have separate Regular and Escalation maps. Instead, all maps will use the same baseline values. This means you won’t have to worry about different strategies or setups for different types of maps. One map, one strategy—simpler and more straightforward!

Adjustments to Attacks and Defenses

We are making changes to the number of attacks and defenses required in Alliance Wars. The overall number is being reduced, allowing you to focus more on quality over quantity. Additionally, we’re increasing the difference between Medium and Big maps slightly. This adjustment will help Alliances choose the map size that best fits their capabilities and preferences. Whether you’re a smaller Alliance looking for less intense battles or a larger one seeking bigger challenges, there will be a better fit for you.

Energy Cap Improvements

One of the significant changes we’re implementing is frontloading all the energy for each Invasion: players will start out with all the energy they need to attack, and receive no recharges over the course of each Invasion. This change means you won’t feel pressured to spend all your energy before the first recharge. Instead, you can plan your attacks more strategically, at your own pace, storing energy when needed and using it at the optimal times.

Changes Explained:

ENERGY

Current Values (Non-escalation):

  • Medium Map: Starting Energy/Cap: 10/10, Recharge Interval: 8h, Recharge Amount: 4
  • Big Map: Starting Energy/Cap: 15/15, Recharge Interval: 8h, Recharge Amount: 6

New Values:

  • Medium Map: Starting Energy/Cap: 11/11
  • Big Map: Starting Energy/Cap: 15/15

Changes:

  • Starting Energy is increased for the Medium Map.

CANNON

Current Values (Non-escalation):

  • Medium Map: 3 Teams, 4 Defeats per Team
  • Big Map: 3 Teams, 4 Defeats per Team

New Values:

  • Medium Map: 2 Teams, 3 Defeats per Team
  • Big Map: 3 Teams, 4 Defeats per Team

Changes:

  • The number of teams and defeats per team remain the same for the Big Map.
  • The Medium Map will have fewer teams and fewer defeats per team.

REGIONAL TOWER

Current Values (Non-escalation):

  • Medium Map: 4 Teams, 4 Defeats per Team
  • Big Map: 4 Teams, 4 Defeats per Team

New Values:

  • Medium Map: 4 Teams, 4 Defeats per Team
  • Big Map: 4 Teams, 4 Defeats per Team

Changes:

  • No changes for the Regional Tower; values remain the same.

POND TOWER

Current Values (Non-escalation):

  • Medium Map: 6 Teams, 4 Defeats per Team
  • Big Map: 12 Teams, 3 Defeats per Team

New Values:

  • Medium Map: 6 Teams, 3 Defeats per Team
  • Big Map: 6 Teams, 4 Defeats per Team

Changes:

  • Medium Map will have fewer defeats per team.
  • Big Map will have fewer teams but an increased number of defeats per team.

SHIP

Current Values (Non-escalation):

  • Medium Map: 6 Teams, 3 Defeats per Team
  • Big Map: 12 Teams, 4 Defeats per Team

New Values:

  • Medium Map: 6 Teams, 4 Defeats per Team
  • Big Map: 8 Teams, 4 Defeats per Team

Changes:

  • The Medium Map will have an increased number of defeats per team.
  • The Big Map will have fewer teams with the same number of defeats per team.

  • Simplified Strategy: With unified maps, you’ll spend less time preparing for different map types and more time perfecting your strategy.
  • More Flexibility: The reduced number of attacks and defenses and the clear distinction between Medium and Big maps give you more control over your participation in wars.
  • Strategic Energy Use: The higher energy cap allows for better planning and timing of your attacks, giving you a competitive edge.
