  • You start with 16 Black Top Hats. (8 Bonus!)
  • A Black Top Hat will regenerate for you once every 2 hours.
  • You can regenerate to up to 8 Black Top Hats before you are at “Max”.
  • You can purchase more Black Top Hats for 200 Gems if you run out.
  • If you collect or purchase additional Black Top Hats, you can go over the amount of “8.”
