You wouldn’t expect Miss Prissy to hold much authority, but slap a fluorescent uniform and a legal pad on her and suddenly she’s not only above the law, she IS the law. Officer Prissy becomes judge, jury, and internal revenue service as she scopes out hidden Outlaws from within the enemy team. Taking advantage of her immunity to counter, she goads enemies into attacking her first, then retaliates and prosecutes them to the fullest extent of the law. Not bad for a small-town meter maid.
If absolute power corrupts absolutely, Officer Prissy is a bit of an overachiever.
